The customer record holds the passenger, their saved addresses and payment methods, and their loyalty standing. Miles accrue automatically on completed trips and drive a priority tier that can earn a dispatch head start.

  • Saved details

    Phone, default account and brand, saved addresses and tokenised payment methods — so a repeat booking is quick and correct.

  • Loyalty & priority

    Miles accrue on trip completion and lift the customer’s priority tier; higher tiers can be given a dispatch head start (an opt-in).

  • Special category passengers

    Children on school runs and dependents are handled with approved-driver preferences and the right safeguards.
