Taxi & Private Hire › Products › Trip › Traffic Heatmap
Generally available
Heatmap endpoint returning per-H3-cell outbound traffic congestion factors at a given day-type + time-slot. Values come from the learned traffic-correction model (average actual-vs-expected travel time across recent trips). Powers the operator dashboard congestion overlay and the agent decision engine.

How operators configure this feature.
Raw map directions assume the road is clear — but rush hour on a city artery is nothing like the same street at midnight. Turn this on and the platform leans on what it has quietly learned about your own area: how much slower each patch runs at each time of day and day of week. Estimated arrival times then shift to match reality, so the driver you pick really is the closest in minutes, not just on the map — and your customers get honest ETAs. Leave it off and estimates use plain map times, which are simpler but rosier when roads are busy.
