Generally available

How the platform reasons about time across a trip — the derived timing metrics (such as acceptable arrival and dispatch escalation), the schedule anchors (pickup, dropoff or a time window) that decide when a stop is "due", and the release calculator that decides when a pre-booking enters allocation. Release timing adapts to each area's historical supply, so a trip releases later in busy areas and earlier in sparse ones — still reaching a driver in time.

Give struggling trips a head start

A booked trip normally goes out to drivers at a set time before pickup — enough lead for a typical job. But some trips need longer: a quiet pickup spot, a time when few cars are free. Turn this on and the platform spots those at-risk trips early and releases them ahead of schedule, buying extra minutes to find a driver before the clock runs down. If the pressure eases before pickup, it quietly pulls the release back to normal so you're not flooding drivers with trips that aren't ready. You control how big the head start is. Leave it off and every trip goes out on its standard timetable.
