Ahead-of-day roster for the driver pool: a DriverShift carries a date + working window + status, plus working-hours / rest constraints (max on-duty hours, minimum rest) — the driver-specific concern that makes people schedule differently from vehicles. Distinct from the live TransporterState (which is the realised session); a shift is the declarative plan. Answers "which qualified drivers are available on the target day" for the planner. Today supply is live-presence only — no roster has ever existed.
