Automated Rescue Designation

Taxi & Private HireProductsDispatch › Automated Rescue Designation

Generally available

When a trip is flagged as at-risk (low supply / approaching cutoff / capacity-gated), dispatch promotes it to a manual designation queue and broadens the candidate pool. Operators see escalated trips in the rescue lane; the system also runs an automated second-pass designation against drivers that ordinarily wouldn't qualify.

Catch struggling trips before a passenger is left waiting

Some trips quietly fail to find a driver — low supply, repeated rejections — and nobody notices until the passenger calls. Automated Rescue spots these trips and steps in on its own, widening the search and sending targeted offers, so fewer trips slip through the cracks and your team isn't the last to know.
